Residential Roofer

About Us:
BACK Construction has been Central Kentucky’s trusted name in remodeling and roofing for over 44 years. As a 100% employee-owned company, we take pride in craftsmanship, integrity, and investing in our people.
What You’ll Do:
- Install and repair residential roofing (shingles, EPDM, TPO).
- Perform flashing and waterproofing.
- Safely operate hand and power tools.
- Work with a team to complete projects on time and to high standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years roofing experience (required).
- Knowledge of shingles, EPDM, and TPO systems.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
